In the course of the meeting it was declared that after the adoption of the bill (Reg. No4607) in the first reading with the aim of the complex solution of the problem regarding the formation of amiable conditions of living activity for people with disabilities and improvement of the existing system of parking of vehicles for disabled, the subjects of the legislative initiative People´s Deputies of Ukraine Yu. A. Karmazin, A. I. Semynoha, V. M. Sushkevych, S. A. Teriokhin were elaborated and prepared for the parliamentary scrutiny in the second reading the relevant propositions. The suggested propositions were scrutinized in the course of the Committee sitting.
In the result of the scrutiny the Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that the Parliament adopts in the second reading and in its entirety the bill on amendments to the Law "On Principals of the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in Ukraine" (regarding free of charge parking).
